Highlights: In the middle of winter nights with temperatures of minus 30 degrees, the fountain here transforms into a giant ice sculpture illuminated by colorful lights during the annual snow festival. During summer, this area turns into an open stage for free concerts that draw up to 10,000 spectators sitting on the grass.
