If you plan to visit Perito Moreno Glacier, go early morning to avoid the crowds and catch more wildlife, plus pack snacks since options nearby are pricey.
Food here is a mix. Got some killer lamb but felt like the prices were a bit too touristy. Not sure it's worth a long stay just for meals.
Restaurants near the lakefront jack up prices a lot, try the little cafes two blocks inland, way better food and cheaper drinks.
The glacier boat tour was crowded and pricey, enjoyed the landscapes but not sure the hype matches the cost. Better snap pics and move on.
If you want real Patagonia feel, visit off-season. It's quieter, cheaper but still plenty to see. Just pack layers, weather changes fast.
