Savudrija Lighthouse
Bedste tid at besøge
Sunset brings a magical atmosphere when the lighthouse takes on a golden color, and the view reaches the Italian coast. The season from May to October offers the best weather for walking and photography.
Budgettips
Entry to the lighthouse grounds is free, while a tour of the interior and climbing to the top costs 5 euros per person. We recommend bringing your own picnic as there are no shops or restaurants nearby.

Insidertips
- Wear comfortable sneakers as the path to the lighthouse is rocky and uneven, not suitable for high heels.
- The best photos are taken from the stone shore to the right of the lighthouse, where you can also capture the old stone pier in the frame.
- Avoid June weekends as it can get crowded here due to nearby campsites.
- Bring a windbreaker even in good weather, as the bora wind can appear suddenly and blow very strongly.
