Hurtige fakta: Tempelruinerne rager ca. 30 meter over det omkringliggende terræn og er blandt de største middelalderlige hellige bygninger i Baltikum. Interessant er det, at tårnet oprindeligt skulle tjene som et vagttårn med udsigt over hele Tartu.
