Hurtige fakta: Trappen til eremitagen består af 237 trin hugget ind i vulkansk sten, og ifølge legenden kan man få et ønske opfyldt ved at ringe med klokken tre gange på toppen. Denne lille økirke har trodset storme og piratangreb siden det 10. århundrede, mens den nuværende bygning stammer fra det 14. århundrede.
Højdepunkter: Ved det sidste sving på trappen åbner udsigten sig mod en smal landbro, der ligner en drage-ryg, som forbinder fastlandet med en takket klippeø. Lokale mener, at hvis man når toppen uden at slippe sin ledsagers hånd, vil venskabet vare evigt.
