Tietoa
Kohokohdat: Sen rakennuskivet tuotiin laivoilla Bračin saaren louhoksesta, samasta josta rakennettiin Diocletianuksen palatsi Splitissä. 36 metrin korkeudesta avautuu näkymä kolmeen maahan kerralla: Kroatiaan, Sloveniaan ja Italiaan, ja kirkkaina päivinä näkyvät jopa Alppien ääriviivat.
Sisäpiirin vinkit
- Wear comfortable sneakers as the path to the lighthouse is rocky and uneven, not suitable for high heels.
- The best photos are taken from the stone shore to the right of the lighthouse, where you can also capture the old stone pier in the frame.
- Avoid June weekends as it can get crowded here due to nearby campsites.
- Bring a windbreaker even in good weather, as the bora wind can appear suddenly and blow very strongly.
