4.0Arrived at 9am with almost no line. Free entrance to the main hall was enough but the paid guided tour was well worth the extra cost.
Went at noon and it was busy so expect queues. Entry is free but the tower climb has a small fee that I did not find worth it.
Evening visit was peaceful and great for photos. The civic exhibits had a modest admission and were surprisingly interesting.
Took kids in the morning, not many crowds but they found the interiors dull. Entry is free but the on site cafe is expensive for what you get.
