Nopeat faktat: The massive mandala stands 36 meters tall with a base of 120 meters in diameter. It's one of the largest spherical stupas globally, surrounded by a bustling area full of prayer wheels and vibrant Tibetan flags.
Kohokohdat: Look closely at the stupa's eyes painted on all four sides; they symbolize Buddha's omnipresence watching over the city. At sunset, hundreds of Buddhists and pilgrims perform 'kora'—a traditional circumnavigation spinning prayer wheels and chanting mantras, creating a mesmerizing and spiritual atmosphere.
