Nopeat faktat: Over 150,000 people visit each year to admire the Abbey's fan vault ceiling, one of the largest in the world. The Abbey hosts a unique tradition where local bell ringers perform complex change ringing patterns on its 10 bells.
Kohokohdat: The fan vaulting inside soars nearly 30 feet overhead with intricate stone ribs creating what feels like a lacework of stone clouds. Its roof bosses display detailed carvings of angels climbing ladders, reflecting a 16th-century legend that inspired the Abbey's design.
