If you're passing through it's worth a half day, but I wouldnt go out of your way. The downtown is cute but you've seen it in about 2 hours.
If you're driving through, grab the free walking tour map from the visitor center instead of paying for the trolley. Same spots, no fee, and you can go at your own pace.
Came for a weekend road trip, wasn't expecting much from a small town but honestly had a great time. Wouldn't plan a week around it though.
Kinda pricey for what it is honestly. Motels were meh and dinner for two ran us almost 90 bucks which felt steep for the size of the place.
The farmers market on Saturday mornings has the best local honey and baked goods for half the price you'd pay in the grocery stores. Show up before 9am or the good stuff sells out.
