Γρήγορα στοιχεία: Αυτό το τζαμί ύψους 36 μέτρων χτίστηκε από τον βασιλιά Κάρολο Α΄ το 1910 για τη μουσουλμανική κοινότητα της Ρουμανίας. Από τον μιναρέ η θέα εκτείνεται σε όλη την παλιά πόλη της Κωνστάντζας και τη Μαύρη Θάλασσα.
Αξιοσημείωτα: Αν σταθείς στο εσωτερικό του τζαμιού το μεσημέρι, το φως του ήλιου περνά μέσα από 24 πολύχρωμα βιτρό και πέφτει ακριβώς πάνω στο μιχράμπ. Τα σχέδια των κεραμικών πλακιδίων μιμούνται εκείνα του Τζαμιού του Σουλτάνου Αχμέτ στην Κωνσταντινούπολη, επειδή τα έφτιαξαν οι ίδιοι τεχνίτες.

- The best photo spot is from the square in front of the mosque, where you can see both the tower and the sea.
- Visit on Friday morning to hear the imam's call to prayer in a lively atmosphere.
- After the mosque, walk to the side street where an Ottoman-style café is located. The coffee comes from a Turkish coffee machine.
