One plateau ticket (about 540 EGP for foreigners) covers the whole site, and a small extra fee unlocks the steep interior chamber. Pay with Egyptian pounds withdrawn from a Cairo ATM before heading out, and bargain hard or skip the camel touts just inside the gate.

- Wear closed-toe shoes with grip for the interior passage, a narrow, humid, 15-minute duck-walk down to the burial vault.
- Skip the overpriced camel rides at the base and hike 15 minutes to the Panorama Point on the western ridge for the full three-pyramid view.
- Shoot at golden hour from the far western fence line, where the pyramid stacks neatly against dunes instead of city tracks.
