Morning light filters through plane trees, turning piles of produce into jewel-toned mosaics while vendors call out friendly tips and hand out tiny tastings.
Főbb látnivalók: On Saturdays nine fishmongers arrange oysters on crushed ice in a long, glittering parade, the briny smell and clinking shells pulling locals into quick impromptu tastings. Near the center a 72-year-old accordionist named Pierre plays a half-hour noon set and sometimes slips shoppers handwritten recipes for soupe à l'oignon, creating a communal, old-school atmosphere.
