Gyors tények: Housed in a striking colonial-era building that sprawls across multiple wings, the museum holds over 50,000 artifacts spanning centuries of Odishan art and culture. You'll find everything from ancient palm-leaf manuscripts to a full-scale replica of a twelfth-century temple.
Főbb látnivalók: The coin gallery displays over 2,000 ancient coins, including punch-marked silver pieces from the 4th century BCE that still glint under the display lights. One gallery holds a rare collection of eighteenth-century patta chitra paintings, their intricate borders painted with ground semiprecious stones instead of store-bought pigments.
