Valle de la Luna family-friendly trail
Legjobb idő a látogatásra
The best time to come is around 4 p.m., when the low sun enhances the colors of the sandstone formations and temperatures are more pleasant. Stay until dusk, as that is when the landscape takes on its most dramatic hues.
Költségvetési tippek
Entry costs around 10 soles for adults and 5 soles for children, while students pay half price with a valid ID. A combined ticket with nearby Huacachina or the Paracas reserve will save you money, so it pays to plan ahead.

Bennfentes tippek
- Wear sturdy footwear, the surface is sandy and slippery, sandals are not suitable for younger children.
- Take photos at the rock window Catedral, it frames the sunset better than any other spot in the valley.
- Arrive right at opening time or later in the afternoon after 3 p.m., the midday heat is unbearable and the trails are only empty early in the morning.
- Drinking water is not sold on the premises, bring at least one liter per person, children may need even two.
