Gyors tények: Османский форт в Бербере был построен османами в XIX веке для защиты стратегического порта на побережье Аденского залива. Стены форта возвышаются на 10 метров, а с его башен открывается панорамный вид на город и бирюзовые воды залива.
Főbb látnivalók: Внутри крепости сохранились оригинальные османские пушки XIX века, которые до сих пор направлены в сторону моря, словно ожидая атаки. Местные жители верят, что под фортом проложены тайные подземные ходы, соединяющие его с центром Берберы, но ни один из них до сих пор не найден.
