Főbb látnivalók: Az egyik terem a "Nagy Berta" csontvázát őrzi, egy 40 tonnás afrikai elefántét, amely egykor a madridi állatkertben élt, egy kísértetiesen teljes Megatherium lajhárfosszília mellett Argentínából. A bálnacsarnok egy 20 méteres finbálna csontvázat függeszt a mennyezetről, lehetővé téve, hogy közvetlenül a Föld második legnagyobb állata alatt sétálhass.

- Head straight to the Biodiversity Hall on the top floor first, it's the most impressive and least crowded early in the day.
- Touch the 100-kilo meteorite in the Minerals Hall, it's one of the few exhibits you're actually allowed to handle.
- Skip the crowded ground floor T. rex area on weekends and save it for the last 30 minutes before closing.
- Photography without flash is permitted everywhere, the whale skeleton hall has great lighting around 2:00 PM.
