Gyors tények: Carved into a cliffside between Tarragona and the sea, this rocky cove was once a hidden fishing spot for locals. The beach's name, "Milagro" or "miracle," comes from the legend of a shipwrecked sailor who survived after washing ashore on its pebbly shore.
