Gyors tények: Laurel trees in this ancient forest can grow up to 20 meters tall with leaves that capture moisture straight from the clouds that roll through daily. The park protects one of the world's best examples of laurel forest, a subtropical ecosystem that covered much of Europe and North Africa 20 million years ago.
