A helyiek szerint a legtöbb porcelán a 19. századi kereskedőhajókról származik: ha közelebb hajolsz, kisméretű kézzel festett virágokat, arcsíkokat és egészen apró portrékat is felfedezhetsz a mázas csempék között, mintha száz éve ragasztott történeteket olvasnál.

- Use the ferry from Tha Tien to the opposite bank for the best photo compositions of the prang and river, especially at sunset.
- Take care on the steep, uneven central steps, wear sturdy shoes and hold the railing, avoid backpacks when climbing.
- Combine with Wat Pho and the Grand Palace via river taxi to minimise walking and queue time at each site.
