- Wear water shoes or sturdy sandals, the shoreline can get rocky near the ends and when tide is low.
- Shoot sunset from the western pier area for longtail boat silhouettes against limestone karsts.
- Skip the pricier beachfront restaurants and eat one street back for fresher, cheaper seafood stalls.
- Catch the earliest shared longtail around 7:00–8:00 AM to avoid crowds at Railay and Phi Phi.
