Highlights: What few people know is that some stalls keep recipes passed down through three generations, such as polvo à feira prepared on the spot with sweet paprika. It is one of the few places where vendors and local chefs mingle, exchanging tips on the best seafood of the season while you taste a fresh oyster at the counter.
