Szybkie fakty: Perched 150 meters above sea level, this 17th-century convent offers a 360-degree panorama of Cartagena's skyline, bay, and the Caribbean Sea. The hill gets its name "Popa" because Spanish sailors thought it resembled the poop deck of a ship.
