Szybkie fakty: Two of Galileo's original fingers and a tooth are preserved in a glass case here, removed from his body by admirers in 1737. The museum holds 1,000 scientific instruments spanning the 11th through 19th centuries, including one of the earliest known astrolabes from 1085.
