The bike paths and parks are great for relaxing, but the city felt a bit too quiet compared to other Brazilian cities.
Weather was pretty unpredictable, sunny one minute, rainy the next. I think 3-4 days here is enough to see the city without rushing.
Food was decent, try the barreado if you can, but some restaurants near the center were expensive for what you get.
Get a reloadable TRANSCURITIBA card for public transport, way easier than buying tickets every time, plus you save money if staying several days.
Most museums have free admission on Wednesdays, plan your visits then and save a bit. Also, the Oscar Niemeyer Museum is a must-see if you like architecture.
