Quick facts: The castle has 7 towers and its walls hide secret passages used by knights and guards. About 150,000 tourists visit it annually to admire its Gothic-Renaissance architecture.
Highlights: Inside, there is a preserved Gothic bridge spanning a deep moat up to 20 meters deep. Legends speak of a dark prison in one of the towers where important opponents of Prince Hunyadi were imprisoned.
