Rýchle fakty: Jazero Lac de la Cavayère sa rozprestiera na ploche 35 hektárov a je obklopené borovicami a vinicami, ktorými je región Languedoc známy. Toto umelé jazero vzniklo v 70. rokoch minulého storočia a stalo sa obľúbeným miestom na osvieženie pre obyvateľov Carcassonne aj jeho návštevníkov.
