Rýchle fakty: Táto pevnosť má rozlohu približne 94 hektárov a pozostáva z červeného kameňa vyťaženého z rieky Jamuny. Vstup sa nazýva Amar Singh Gate a zdobí ho unikátna dekorácia s kvetinovými a zvieracími motívmi.

Zaujímavosti: V jednom z rohov pevnosti sa nachádza Diwan-i-Khas, miesto, kde mughalský cisár prijímal svojich hostí, so stropom vykladaným pravým zlatom. Na vnútornom nádvorí môžu návštevníci vidieť prepychový kúpeľ, ktorý kedysi používala kráľovská rodina.

Wear comfortable shoes as the fort area is quite large and walking can be tiring.
The best photos are at the outer area of the fort when the morning sun lights up the red walls.
