Rýchle fakty: Tento palác z 18. storočia, rozprestierajúci sa na rozsiahlom komplexe nádvorí, záhrad a budov, spája rádžpútske a mogulské architektonické štýly s prekvapivými európskymi vplyvmi. Palác stále slúži ako oficiálne sídlo kráľovskej rodiny Džajpuru a súčasný maharadža žije v súkromnom krídle na horných poschodiach.
Zaujímavosti: Štyri obrovské strieborné urny, každá vysoká 1,6 metra a s objemom 4 000 litrov vody, boli vyrobené v paláci na maharadžovu cestu do Anglicka v roku 1902; niesli posvätnú vodu z Gangy na jeho každodenné kúpele. Dnes sú to najväčšie strieborné predmety na svete, držitelia Guinessovho rekordu, ktoré stoja na nádvorí.
