Rýchle fakty: Veža je vysoká 36 metrov a stojí na kopci s výhľadom na prístav rybárskej dediny aj otvorené Arabské more, na vrchol k lampárni vedie 144 schodov. Maják bol zapálený v roku 1972, ale skaly pod ním prijímali lode už asi dvetisíc rokov.

Lampáš svieti 26 námorných míľ do mora a keď padne večer, ľahko rozoznáte ohne, ktoré kedysi na tej istej skale zapaľovali strážni pred tisíckami rokov.
