Rýchle fakty: This 1.6 km long white sand beach is a habitat for hawksbill and green turtles that lay their eggs every year between May and October. The calm and clear water makes it perfect for swimming, while the sea trees provide natural shade along the shoreline.
Zaujímavosti: Behind the calm waves, this area is one of the most important turtle nesting sites in southern Jamaica. Every night during nesting season, local volunteers monitor the turtle nests and sometimes invite visitors to watch the tiny hatchlings crawl toward the sea for the first time.
