Rýchle fakty: Medzi strechou posedáva meďový fénix, ktorý zachytáva slnečné lúče a rozhadzuje drobné zlaté záblesky cez rybník. Ashikaga Yoshimitsu dal postaviť pôvodnú dôchodcovskú vilu a súčasná stavba pochádza z rekonštrukcie v roku 1955 po podpálení v roku 1950.
