Rýchle fakty: Viac ako 100 000 artefaktov rozpráva príbeh litovských ozbrojených síl naprieč storočiami, od stredovekého brnenia až po exponáty o modernom partizánskom boji. Múzeum stojí na mieste bývalého vojenského veliteľstva v Kaunase a vonkajšia expozícia zahŕňa tanky, lietadlá a delostrelecké kusy, na ktoré môžu deti vyliezť.

The outdoor tank yard is unshaded, bring a hat and water on sunny days.
Photography is allowed throughout, but skip the flash near the sensitive document displays in the partisan vault.
