Early morning or late afternoon, when the sun rays bring out the vivid colors of the mosaics and the shadows create a deeper perspective. During the summer months, it is worth avoiding the midday heat, since most of the exhibits are outdoors.

Entrance costs about 15-20 lei (under 5 euros), with discounts for students and pensioners. The ticket is also valid for the Constanța History Museum nearby, so it is worth visiting both on the same day.

Rýchle fakty: Rímske mozaiky, ktoré pokrývajú tisíce štvorcových metrov, boli objavené až v roku 1959 v centre dnešnej Constanțy. Park ponúka vzácnu možnosť prejsť sa priamo cez viac ako 3000 rokov starú históriu, kde sú vrstvy rímskej, gréckej a byzantskej civilizácie viditeľné presne tam, kde sa nachádzali.

Bring sunscreen and a hat, because the mosaics are entirely in an open-air area and there is little shade.
The best photo is taken from the glass walkway, where the mosaics reflect in the camera lens with extraordinary clarity.
Be sure to also see the ruins of the Roman lighthouse next to the park; they often go unnoticed by visitors.
If you come in the morning before 10 o'clock, the park is almost empty and you can enjoy the mosaics in peace.
