Rýchle fakty: Nábrežie sa tiahne vyše 6 kilometrov pozdĺž jednej z najväčších sibírskych riek a spája centrum mesta so známym vyhliadkovým bodom na Karaulnej hore vo výške 394 metrov. Miestni obyvatelia tu behávajú, rybárčia a organizujú vonkajšie koncerty aj v zime, keď teploty klesnú na mínus 30 stupňov Celzia.
Zaujímavosti: Pri západe slnka sa mohutný Komunálny most mení na žiariacu siluetu, ktorá sa dokonale zrkadlí v tmavej vode pod ním a vytvára scénu takmer divadelnú. Každý letný večer sa pri pamätníku Vysockého schádzajú spontánne krúžky bubeníkov a hráčov na harmoniku, čím sa nábrežie mení na otvorenú obývačku celého mesta.
