Rýchle fakty: Toto sídlisko na brehu Dunaja obývalo približne pred 9 000 rokmi rybárov, ktorí vytvárali mrazivo pôsobiace kamenné sochy s lichobežníkovým čelom. Mimoriadne zachovaná architektúra lokality odhaľuje domy s presnými lichobežníkovými pôdorysmi a vápnom omietnutými ohniskami usporiadanými v takmer matematickom vzore.

Zaujímavosti: Pozrite sa zblízka na obrovské pieskovcové balvany s vytesanými ľudskými tvárami podobnými rybám: patria medzi najstaršie monumentálne sochy v Európe a sú o 4 000 rokov staršie ako pyramídy. Archeológovia ich našli stáť presne tam, kde boli umiestnené, orientované smerom k rieke a k dráhe slnka nad roklinou.
