Rýchle fakty: A protected marine reserve teems with 5,000+ California sea lions and harbor seals lounging on the rocks year-round. Swimmers and snorkelers share the water with bright orange Garibaldi fish, the California state marine fish.
Zaujímavosti: Thanks to a 1931 underwater park designation, the cove's kelp forests attract leopard sharks that glide just below the surface from June through September. On a calm morning, snorkelers can float over 50-foot visibility waters watching bat rays flap past like underwater birds.
