Visit in the morning (9:00 to 11:00) when tour groups are scarce and the light streams into the upper rooms. Summer mornings are easier on the legs since the museum sits at the top of a steep cobbled climb.

Hızlı bilgiler: Müze, Arnavutluk'un komünist diktatörü Enver Hoca'nın 1908'de doğduğu 18. yüzyıl evinde yer almaktadır. İçeride, taş kemerli mutfaktan yün dokuma misafir odalarına kadar zengin Ergiri ailelerinin nasıl yaşadığını gösteren yeniden inşa edilmiş odalarla dolu üç kat bulacaksınız.

Öne çıkanlar: En çarpıcı özellik, tamamen taş konsollar tarafından taşınan ve aşağıdaki sokağa doğru çıkıntı yapan ahşap iskeletli en üst kattır; bu, neredeyse hiçbir başka Osmanlı kasabasında bulunmayan bir yapı tekniğidir.
