Lovely town vibe with a charming old town, but it can get super crowded in peak season so plan accordingly. Loved the local bakeries. Winter was cold but magical with snow.
If you want to save on transport, grab the Innsbruck Card. It covers public transport and entry to most sights and is worth it if you plan to explore.
Don’t bother eating right next to the Golden Roof. Walk two streets over and you'll find better prices and tastier local dishes away from tourists.
Weather was all over the place during my visit, rain one day sun the next. Food scene was hit and miss. Good for a quick weekend trip but probably not more than that.
Had a great time in Innsbruck, the mountain views are stunning and the weather was perfect for hiking. Food was decent but a bit pricey. Would stay 3-4 days to explore everything.
