Visit early morning (8-10 AM) or late afternoon (4-6 PM) to avoid the midday heat and capture the golden light on the white limestone cliffs. Spring (April-May) brings wildflower blooms and comfortable temperatures for hiking.

Entry to the reserve is completely free with no admission fee required. Parking in Mondello costs around €1-2 per hour, or save by taking the local bus (lines 806 or 656 from Palermo center) directly to the trailhead.
