The museum occupies the modest pink house where Zeki Müren spent his final 15 summers, and his unreleased recordings still play softly through hidden speakers in each room.

His original Renault car sits in the garden with the odometer reading exactly 22,487 kilometers, the distance he drove between Bodrum and Istanbul over those 15 summers.
