Try getting the Mont Blanc Unlimited pass if you plan to use cable cars and trains extensively. It saved me a lot and gave flexibility.
Avoid dining right by the gondola stations. Walk a few blocks away for authentic meals at better prices and less tourist traffic.
Chamonix is perfect for a long weekend trip. Stunning mountain views everywhere. Just expect some crowds and higher prices.
Food was good but pricey, especially around the main tourist spots. I loved the local cheese and fresh bread though!
The alpine air was refreshing but it rained a lot during my visit. Great place for nature lovers but bring waterproof gear.
