About

Quick facts: Straza Bled is located at an altitude of 540 meters, offering fantastic views of Lake Bled and the surrounding mountains. In winter, a 200-meter-long ski slope awaits visitors, while in summer, a bobsled track provides an exciting experience.

Highlights: The bobsled track is 136 meters long and can be raced down at speeds of up to 40 km/h, giving both kids and adults a real adrenaline boost. From the top of the observation tower, you can admire the image of the island on Lake Bled so clearly that you can make out every detail of the boats.

Insider tips

  • It is recommended to wear comfortable, layered clothing because it can be cooler on the mountain.
  • Early morning or late afternoon there are fewer tourists, so the view is more peaceful.
  • Do not miss the top of the observation tower, the best photos are taken from here.
  • In spring and autumn the toboggan run is less crowded, ideal for the experience.
