Warm water temperatures around 28–30°C and surprisingly clear visibility make snorkeling rewarding, and occasional offshore currents bring schools of tuna and reef fish close to shore.
Istaknuto: A tidal sandbar stretches about 200 meters at low tide, carpeted with hundreds of tiny iridescent shells that crunch underfoot and lure flocks of wading birds by midmorning. Local fishers burn aromatic coconut husks at dusk, the smoke mixing with salty air while lanterns reveal the neon-blue weave of nets being sorted, a scene that smells of smoke, sea, and grilled fish.
