Brze činjenice: One of the ten tallest concrete dams in the world, its 124-meter height holds back the massive Krasnoyarsk Reservoir stretching over 386 kilometers. The dam's unique ship lift, an elevator on rails that transports vessels across the dam face, is the only one of its kind in Russia.

Istaknuto: At night, the dam transforms into a blazing canvas of lights, with controlled water releases creating rainbow-lit mist that drifts across the Yenisei River canyon. During winter, the unfrozen water below the dam creates a surreal fog zone that locals call the "steaming river," where temperatures drop to minus 40 while the water stays above zero.
