O atrakciji

Brze činjenice: Trg Tito je puls starog grada Kopra, gde se čini da vreme staje među venecijanskim palatama i katedralom iz 12. veka. Trg je dom jedne od najvećih pijaca u Sloveniji svake subote, sa preko 40 štandova punih lokalnih proizvoda.

Istaknuto: Pod tvojim nogama, pod trga je napravljen od belog krečnjaka i formira prepoznatljiv mozaik koji podseća na morske talase. Ogromni kameni sat na Pretorskoj kuli zvoni svaki sat, a ako staneš tačno ispod njega u 12 podne, njegov odjek odzvanja celim trgom skoro 10 sekundi.

• Wear comfortable shoes, because the cobblestone is beautiful but demanding for heels and thin soles.
• Sit at one of the square's cafes around 6 in the evening, when the sun is low and the palace facades take on a golden color.
• Avoid midday in July and August, because the square is completely exposed to the sun without any shade.
• Look for the carved stone staircase next to the Praetorian Palace: it leads to a small courtyard with amazing views of the cathedral roof.
