Kiired faktid: Every pour comes from centuries-old wooden barrels kept in a cool, earthy cellar, and the cloudy Märzen is tapped straight into 0.5-liter stoneware mugs you carry yourself. The main hall seats roughly 1,400 people, making it one of the biggest beer rooms in Europe, yet everything runs on a lively self-service system.
