Kiired faktid: A white mosque and shrine stand on a small, heart-shaped islet reached by a narrow stone causeway that disappears under high tide, creating dramatic sea views. People of many faiths visit daily, with crowds swelling to several thousand during Ramadan and on Thursday evenings.
