Kiired faktid: A magnificent Baroque gem in the heart of Skalica, this church features one of Slovakia's most stunning illusionary frescoes that tricks the eye into seeing a massive dome where only a flat ceiling exists. The Jesuit order originally built it as part of their mission to educate and inspire through dramatic art and architecture.
