Tietoa
- Take off your shoes before stepping onto the stupa platform: the stone becomes scorching hot at noon, better to protect yourself with thick socks.
- The west side is the best for photos at sunset, but the east side offers the best light in the early morning.
- Bring a lotus flower (they sell them at the entrance for a few rupees) to offer as the local pilgrims do.
- Do not stop only on the main platform: walk around the outer perimeter, you will find small niches with little-known statues.
